At Barrel Fire, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Because our products are food items produced in small artisan batches, specific return conditions apply.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- the item must be unopened,
- unused,
- in its original packaging,
- and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- the product arrived damaged,
- the wrong item was received,
- or the order was defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

We will review the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, opened food products cannot be returned or refunded.
We also do not accept returns for:
- opened products,
- personalized items,
- gift cards,
- or sale items.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
However, this right only applies to unopened and unused products in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
